Our policy lasts 15 days. You can get a full refund when you return your item(s) within 15 days. When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

What items can I return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

We offer home delivery to multiple locations in the United States（Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). And we use DHL to ship your orders very tightly sealed. We do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
